Christmas came early for St. Lynn’s this year (it’s last year now, I suppose. Can you believe it’s 2015 already?!). Garden-pedia: An A-to-Z Guide to Gardening Terms arrived a week early to our offices!

The morning after they arrived, I joyous galloped around the office, snapping photos of the beautiful new book to share on all of our social media outlets.

New book day is always a special day. The best part of my job is watching a book finally come to life.

And bringing it to life wasn’t always easy. But authors Maria Zampini and Pamela Bennett put a lot of hard work and fabulous information into this book. SLP staffers Holly and Cathy worked day-in and day-out to morph all that text and all those photos into the beautiful book we can’t wait to share with the world.

Part of my duties as the Publicity Assistant is making sure our books get to our media contacts. I lugged three boxes of Garden-pedia to my hometown post office a few days after New Years Day. We’ve already received some positive feedback from these media folks, and we’re looking forward to more in the coming months.

Garden-pedia is available at all major retailers in just a few days (January 15). 2015 is already looking bright!
