SALT RISING BREAD STUFFING
16 cups of 1-inch salt rising bread cubes (equal to 1 1/2 loaf)
8 T (1 stick) unsalted butter
2 cups medium diced onion (2 onions)
1 cup medium diced celery (2 stalks)
2 T chopped, fresh parsley or 2 tsp. dried parsley
1 T salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1-2 cups turkey broth or chicken stock
